I Got an iPod Nano for Christmas
The best Christmas gifts are the ones you would never buy for your self. The New iPod Nano definitely fit that bill I had an old nano and sold it on eBay; however, the new iPod Nano holds a ton of music, very portable, a lot more user friendly than the old one, and the radio picks up very well. I highly recommend the new Nano.
40 Dollar Tablet
Mashable is reporting on a tablet in India selling for just over forty dollars. The specs look decent. I don’t know when it will be available to the rest of the world or the price point.
@CoryBooker Using Twitter To Help Newark During Sandy
Cory Booker is the mayor of Newark New Jersey. This week his city was one of the hardest hit by Hurricane Sandy. Mayor Booker has never been a guy who runs his city from an office. He has always been very mobile overseeing city projects personally, checking in personally on city employees, and rolling up his sleeves and helping out when needed.
He is also a very avid user of Twitter. I took notice of Mayor Booker a couple of years ago when he started following me. He uses twitter daily tweeting about city news, information on meetings, and updating constituents. If there is ever a major disaster in Newark, Mayor Booker uses twitter to located problems and get relief to those most affect quickly.
Mayor Booker did and amazing job using twitter during and after Sandy hit his city. I am absolutely honored to have him as a follower of mine. I will say I follow him and think he is a pioneer on Twitter.
